• The discount is only valid for appointments on the day and in the future – no past appointments are covered in this payment.

• Be clear that insurance companies will only pay for appointments that have taken place. You cannot claim for appointments in the future, and our system cannot generate an invoice for an appointment in the future. If you need a receipt for the payment please ask.
• Bulk discount excludes insurance company claims where Osteopath Direct bill direct with the insurance company.
• Appointments must be used within 1 year.
